Psychology Course Kuala Lumpur is designed to equip students with knowledge and understanding in psychology at elementary level. The program aims to provide students effectively as technical assistants in a variety of work settings such as psychology laboratories, child care centers, homes for the elderly, welfare agencies and more.
OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this programme, students should be able to:
- Exhibit interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and social skills that are appropriate to relevant work setting
- Use basic knowledge in psychology to perform a range of support tasks related to research in, and the practice of psychology
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, superiors, and society at large
- Discuss and solve basic problems related to psychological phenomena
- Apply basic principles and practices from fundamental disciplines to explain human behavior, analyze social and organizational issues, recognize individual differences and evaluate individual needs
